Neck and Throat Exercise 1
While sitting or standing upright, tilt your head backwards until you are looking directly up at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and then chew as if you were chewing gum. Do this for a count of 10 and then repeat the exercise 10 times. You’ll feel the muscles working and the results are pretty good if you do this one daily
Neck and Throat Exercise 2
Again sitting or standing upright, face straight ahead and keep your lips together. Now part your teeth and push your lower jaw forward. You will feel the throat and jawline tightening. This is a great exercise for sagging jawlines as well. Hold the position for a count of 10 before relaxing. 5 repetitions twice daily will work wonders
Exercise to Tone the Muscles Around Your Eyes
Hold two fingers on your temples at each side of your forehead and press gently. At the same time rapidly blink your eyes. This is very gentle exercise for toning the muscles
Exercise to Tone the Cheek Muscles
Close your lips and your teeth and then blow air into one of your cheeks so that it bulges out. Keep it there for a count of 10 and then move the air to under your top lip. Again hold for a count of 10 and move air to the opposit cheek. Count of 10 again and move to the inside of the lower lip. Again hold for a count of 10. Repeat the exercise 5 times and do this daily
Pout your lips out keeping them pressed tightly together and then stretch them upwards towards your nose. Hold that position for a count of 5 and then relax. Repeat the action 5 times
Or, pout your lips and press top and bottom lip gently together with uor fingers. Then move the lips from side to side and try and open and close slightly while still keeping the pressure with your fingers. This one is great to instantly give your lips some volume and if you repeat it enough it can have a permanent effect
